Service Delivery Policy

•A plan takes effect as soon as MoMo confirms the payment, usually within seconds. The plan's credits are granted at the same time;

•Top-up credits are added as soon as the payment succeeds;

•If your plan or credits still aren't updated 24 hours after you were charged, contact us with the transaction reference and we'll sort it out.

Sign in at identityoperator.com with your Google account. The main features:

•AI chat and the research assistant: questions and answers, explanations, finding material and scientific papers;

•Code Studio: write, run and debug code in the browser, and save projects to the cloud; group projects for labs, departments and faculties;

•CPU and GPU boxes: CPU boxes (from AWS, in Singapore) or GPU machines (on the vast.ai marketplace), rented by the minute to run your code.

Your plan, credits, invoices and payment history are in Account and Billing. Confirmation emails go to your account email.

•A paid plan runs for the period paid for (1 month or 1 year) and renews under the Payment Policy; the free plan has no end date;

•A plan's credits expire at the end of the month; top-up credits are valid for 12 months from purchase;

•The service works in a modern web browser (such as Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari) and is best on a computer; on phones and tablets, some features such as Code Studio may be limited in how they display;

•There's no limit on how many devices are signed in at once, but each account is for one person. How many CPU and GPU boxes can run at once depends on your plan.

Each plan comes with the features and limits on the Pricing page. Your code runs on a CPU or GPU box you start, when a suitable one is available; start-up time and boxes that fail to start aren't charged. A CPU box is charged per minute from your first run on it, a GPU machine per minute from when it's ready. When credits run out, a run in progress gets up to an hour more to finish, then a stop signal (Ctrl+C) so it can save its work before the box stops.

•Hours: the service runs 24/7, apart from maintenance;

•Location: the service is online and can be used from anywhere. Phone verification for free CPU or GPU time accepts Vietnamese mobile numbers only;

•Who: people under 16 need the consent of a parent or guardian; payments must be made, or agreed to, by a person with full legal capacity;

•Quantities: Lab plans take 2 to 30 seats; top-ups are capped per month (currently 5,000,000₫); each MoMo payment is between 10,000₫ and 50,000,000₫;

•Availability: the service can be interrupted by maintenance, by an outage at an AI model or infrastructure provider, when no suitable CPU or GPU box is available, or by force majeure. Planned maintenance that affects use is announced on the site in advance.
