Book Sales Terms

"Quả táo, con mèo và chiếc máy tính" by Nguyễn Hoàng Long and Đỗ Ngọc Ngoạn, a printed book in Vietnamese, 590 pages. Published by Dan Tri Publishing House, in partnership with Alpha Books. The publishing details (publisher, publishing decision, ISBN) are printed in the book and shown on the product page.

Pictures on the site are illustrations; the content and form of the book are those of the edition the publisher licensed.

The book is printed to order: we gather the orders whose advance payment is paid and send them to print in batches. So the delivery time is the printing time plus the shipping time (Shipping Policy).

We take pre-orders only while the "Pre-order" button on the product page is open. Each order is at most 5 copies.

The book: 399,000 ₫ a copy, tax included where it applies. Delivery is charged at Viettel Post's quote for your address at the time you order, and collected on delivery. If the quote isn't available then, we show an estimate of 40,000 ₫ for the first copy, plus 15,000 ₫ for each extra copy; what's collected on delivery is Viettel Post's actual fee, and we tell you the amount before the parcel is sent. You pay nothing besides the book's price and any delivery fee.

•When you pre-order: an advance payment of 150,000 ₫ a copy, through MoMo. It covers the cost of printing your copy;

•On delivery: the rest of the book's price, with any delivery fee, in cash to the Viettel Post courier (cash on delivery).

The advance payment is part of the book's price, paid ahead. If you refuse the parcel for a reason that isn't a return reason, it isn't refunded (section 7); section 6 says when it is.

Once MoMo confirms the advance payment, we email you a confirmation with the order number, the quantity, what you've paid, what's due on delivery, the delivery address and the estimated delivery time. The sale is agreed when you receive this email.

We may decline an order (for example, an address outside the delivery area or incomplete details); we then refund the whole advance payment.

•Before the order goes to print (status "Waiting to print" in Orders): you can cancel and get the whole advance payment back;

•Once the order has gone to print: the book is printed for your order, so it can't be cancelled and the advance payment isn't refunded; you still receive the book;

•If we can't deliver the book (for example, it isn't cleared for release, or printing fails), or haven't sent it 30 days after the latest estimated delivery for reasons on our side, you can cancel and get everything you paid back.

Refunds go through MoMo to the method you paid with, within 7 working days of our confirming the cancellation. When the money arrives depends on MoMo and your bank.

If you refuse the book for a reason other than one in the Book Returns Policy (a wrong book, damage or a printing defect found on inspection), the order is cancelled, you don't pay the rest, and the advance payment isn't refunded, since it paid for the printing. A parcel that can't be delivered because of the recipient's details follows the Shipping Policy, section 7.
