Each plan comes with a monthly allowance, measured in credits, that covers AI chat, the research assistant, and the CPU and GPU boxes your code runs on. Paid plans include credits for about a set number of hours on a CPU Standard box (8 vCPU, 16 GB); they aren't set aside, so you can spend them on anything. Larger models, higher thinking effort and bigger boxes use credits faster. You can see what's left in your account at any time. On a paid plan, unused credits expire at the end of each month. On the free plan, AI usage comes in 10-hour windows of 60 credits, at most 100 a week, and what you don't use in a window expires when it ends.
You can top up credits at any time, or move to a plan with more usage. On the free plan you can also wait: your usage comes back when the next 10-hour window opens. A run on a CPU or GPU box that's already going isn't stopped the moment credits run out: it gets a grace period of up to an hour to finish, then Ctrl+C so your code can save, and the box stops.
Your code runs on a box: a CPU box (Mini 2 vCPU / 4 GB, Standard 8 vCPU / 16 GB, Large 16 vCPU / 32 GB, XL 32 vCPU / 64 GB) or a GPU box. Each costs a number of credits an hour, shown before you start it. A CPU box is charged per started minute from your first run on it: Code Studio may start one ahead so it's ready when you are, and that time is on us. A GPU box is charged per started minute from the moment it's ready. Start-up time and boxes that fail to start are on us, and when no suitable box is available, nothing starts and nothing is charged. A CPU box with nothing running stops after 10 minutes, a GPU box after 15, with a warning first. CPU boxes are rented on demand from Amazon Web Services in Singapore, and AWS can occasionally take one back mid-run: the run stops, you aren't charged for the time it lost, and you can start it again. Each plan has a longest session; you're warned before it ends.

On the free plan, AI usage comes in 10-hour windows of 60 credits. A window starts with your first message after the last one ended; what you don't use expires when it ends. There's also a weekly limit of 100 credits: once you reach it, the next window opens when the week resets, on Monday at 00:00 Vietnam time. To run code, the free plan includes 3 hours on a CPU Mini box (2 vCPU, 4 GB), once per account, for accounts at least a day old with a verified phone number or school email. A free session lasts up to 30 minutes at a time and stops after 5 minutes with nothing running; on days when free use is very high it can be unavailable until the next day. Paid plans don't have these limits.
Yes, at any time, from Billing in your account. Your new plan starts straight away, and the unused part of your current period is credited to your billing balance, which pays towards your next payments.
You can cancel any time and keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't refund partial periods. If you're charged twice or charged in error, we refund the full amount.
Through MoMo: the MoMo e-wallet, a Vietnamese ATM card, or an international card (Visa, Mastercard, JCB). You enter your card on MoMo's own secure page; we never see or store the card number. For now, every renewal is paid by link: 3 days before it, we email you a payment link.
Prices include VAT; checkout shows the rate. An e-invoice with the tax authority's code is issued straight after every payment and emailed to you. To have it made out to your company or to you, add your invoice details (name, tax code or personal ID number, address) at checkout or in Billing.
Nothing is deleted. Projects beyond your new plan's limit become read-only, and saving is paused while you're over your storage. Chat history older than your new plan keeps is removed after 30 days' grace.
Yes. A lab leader can buy 2 to 30 seats with one shared pool. For departments and faculties we arrange annual contracts, paid by bank transfer with a VAT invoice. Contact us to set one up.
