Shipping Policy

Books are delivered to your door by Viettel Post Joint Stock Corporation (Viettel Post), which collects the rest of the price on delivery (cash on delivery).

Anywhere in Vietnam; not abroad yet. Some remote, mountainous or island addresses can take longer.

About 10–14 days from your advance payment, printing and shipping included. This is an estimate: the actual time can differ when a print run is late, around holidays and Tết, or because of the weather. If your order may arrive later than estimated, we email you with the new date.

Delivery is charged at Viettel Post's quote for your address at the time you order, and collected on delivery. If the quote isn't available then, we show an estimate of 40,000 ₫ for the first copy, plus 15,000 ₫ for each extra copy; what's collected on delivery is Viettel Post's actual fee, and we tell you the amount before the parcel is sent.

When the order is handed to Viettel Post, we email you its tracking number, which you can follow on Viettel Post's website or app. Viettel Post updates the order's status in transit and calls the recipient on the order's phone number before delivering.

You may open the parcel and check the book (title, quantity, outside condition) in front of the courier, before paying. If it's the wrong book, damaged or visibly misprinted, you can refuse it and tell us within 48 hours; this is handled under the Book Returns Policy, and you don't lose the advance payment.

Viettel Post makes at most 3 attempts. If the parcel can't be delivered because the recipient's details are wrong, they can't be reached or nobody is there, it comes back to us and we contact you. Within 14 days you can ask for it to be delivered again and pay the redelivery fee; after that, the order is cancelled as if refused (Book Sales Terms, section 7).
